in the working day their overall productivity levels would increase. Playing a game
during the break can actually work as a way to release stress by forcing the brain
to focus on a completely different task for a while.

Christian. If I saw too much private Internet use in our office I would take it as a
clear warning signal that people don't feel motivated in their work place. By simply
restricting Internet access, you don't solve the actual the problem. You just deny
